Memoron

Memoron is a dynamic solution for museums for inventorying and cataloging all items regardless of the type – creating a digital archive of all the items. Memoron is dynamic allowing the customer to define all the information types and metadata to be saved for each item category. In addition to customer defined metadata, Memoron can store all the digital audiovisual material, sound, videos and images. Memoron is currently available in Finnish. THEATRON AND LA BARACCA - TESTONI RAGAZZI

We are excited to introduce you our second customer in Italy: La Baracca - Testoni Ragazzi (Bologna). Since 1995, the Municipality of Bologna has partnered with La Baracca ONLUS to bring Testoni Ragazzi – the city's Theatre for Children and Youth – to life.

Driven by a deep commitment to young audiences, La Baracca has transformed the theatre into a vibrant cultural hub, dedicated to inspiring children and young people through the power of performance. Over the years, Testoni Ragazzi has earned recognition as a leading centre for children's theatre, both in Italy and around the world.

An example of the many different projects Testoni Ragazzi takes over is Ambassador, “a project promoted by La Baracca – Testoni Ragazzi to bring free shows and theatre workshops to children living in situations of social and economic hardship”. Another project that started in 2009 with great social repercussion is Arte e Salute Ragazzi, which goal is to organize workshops for people with mental distress.

We asked Gabriele Marchioni, President of La Baracca, what made them search for a specialized planning tool and why they chose Theatron:

We are a theatre company of 40 people. We manage 4 theatre venues and organize numerous activities at different locations, often simultaneously. We run 3 different theatre festivals, offer theatre workshop programs in many schools, and go on tours that take us to perform in various parts of the world.

We needed a web-based tool that could be accessed and updated by multiple people at the same time — a calendar where we could enter all the necessary information not only for the staff, but also for the administration and HR team. A single tool to collect all the information that was previously scattered across multiple files in our database.

In particular, we needed a tool that could highlight scheduling conflicts — whether regarding staff or venue availability — and suggest time periods when certain work groups were free from prior commitments. Theatron met all our needs.

We also found a competent, kind, and helpful team who took the time to understand our requests, helping us fully understand how the tool works and even allowing us to make some changes based on our specific needs”.
